Come race in one of world’s best urban parks. The Prospect Park 13.1 will be 13.1 miles of beautiful and historic running. This hallowed battle ground of the American Revolution provides a gorgeous setting for a challenging multiloop race through the heart of Brooklyn. Register now while you still can and be a part of history. Bib pick up will be held exclusively on race day and will be from 6:30 until 7:30. Please do not wait until the last minute so that we can be sure we start the race on time. Come early, get your race day materials and have plenty of time for your pre race warm ups and routines. Baggage check will be located adjacent to bib pickup. The Start/Finish line will be located on Center Drive right in the middle of the park. On street parking can be found on Park Side Ave and Prospect Park South West. The F, G and Q trains are also near by. Please see the below maps for details and click on the link for Google Locations. https://goo.gl/maps/sGQcifL2Kfv This challenging yet scenic course will be 1 loop of the northern half of the course and 3 full loops of Prospect Park. You will start running west along Center Drive onto West Drive and complete 1 loop of the northern section of the course followed by 3 counter clockwise loops of the outer ring of Prospect Park. You will finish back on Center Drive where you can collect your MEDALS and bask in your accomplishments (Don’t worry, we will have people out there making sure you don’t get lost). Water stations will be found approximately every 1.5 miles making sure you maintain adequate hydration.
