This is more than a race—it’s a full Asheville experience. The Asheville Craft Beer Half Marathon – 10K – 5K begins and ends in Pack Square on August 29, 2026 . Starting at 7:00 AM, the course showcases the very best of the city. You’ll run through the Brewery District, tour the River Arts District, and follow the scenic French Broad River north to Beaver Lake. From there, you’ll pass the historic Grove Park area, head toward Weaver Park and the UNC Asheville campus, and return to downtown via Broadway Street. Yes…there are hills. And yes…you’ll earn that beer at the finish. 🍺 Late August is one of the best times to visit Asheville, with beautiful mountain views, vibrant scenery, and a lively downtown atmosphere.
